Delivery time & shipping costs
We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders placed on working days between 3-7 workingdays. However, we do not always manage to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page contains an indication of the delivery time. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Studio Hannah Interior is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Any damage needs to be reported within two days accompanied by detailed description of damage and photo’s. All international shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of lost items.
All prices include handling or taxes, excluding shipping, if delivered to customers within Europe. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the purchase. For customers outside of Europe, additional charges may apply. Please contact Studio Hannah Interior if this applies to you.
